Refurbished War Memorial Woodlands Church of Ascension

Knowlton Parish Council were delighted to be able to support the refurbishment of a beautiful, war memorial in Woodlands Church of the Ascension after a local resident raised the issue at a council meeting.

The war memorial features the names of local men who sadly lost their life in the First World War.

The church is open on Saturdays, Sundays, and Wednesdays, during which time visitors may also view the war memorial.
